About Sarah Franco

I am a fulltime Realtor and a native of Bakersfield, yes, I was born and raised here. I lived in Azusa, Pomona, and E. Los Angeles, and then finally back to good old Bakersfield. I bought my first home on my own when I was 25 years old. To me that was a very big accomplishment. It was a goal of mine, when I was tired of living with my parents. The feeling of owning my own home was so amazing and exciting. The experience was so overwhelming for me, looking at so many homes and dealing with, at times, obnoxious Realtors and new home construction builders. I have to say thanks to my Realtor at that time. She got me through the home buying experience with her thoughtfulness, sympathy, persistence, and time management skills. She helped me out bid 3 other offers that were on the table. Since having that overwhelming experience, I told myself I wanted to become a Realtor, so that I can help home buyers in buying their first home, and being someone they can trust, by being honest, truthful, and helpful. So here I am today, and that’s just what I’m doing. I strive and take the extra steps needed to make my client comfortable and make sure they understand what goes on when they buy a home, because, believe me, I did not have the slightest idea when I bought mine. It feels good when I am able to be a part of so many lives and I am able to be part of their first time home buying experience. And, many more to come!
